Refund Policy

At Crisp Knight, each product is crafted in small batches. While we strive for quality and consistency, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness with the realities of artisan production.

1. Samples and Test Products

All sample packs, trial pouches, and beta test products are final sale and non-refundable. These items are provided for testing and feedback purposes only and are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Full-Size Products

For full-size retail products (outside of beta testing):

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be requested.

  • Satisfaction Exchanges
    If you are not satisfied with a full-size product, you may request an exchange for another scent within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be provided in the form of store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item.

  • Refund Exclusions
    Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with at least half of the product remaining.

  • Crisp Knight reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

 

4. Respectful Conduct

At Crisp Knight, we are committed to treating all customers with kindness, fairness, and respect, and we ask the same in return. We understand that issues may arise and we are here to help resolve them in good faith. However, if a customer engages in hostile, abusive, or threatening behavior toward our team or representatives, Crisp Knight reserves the right to decline service, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases at our discretion.
